Receive files

Terminal window
s2u get s.share2.us/7Kf9aQ2m

Saves to the current directory under the sender’s chosen name. A file that would overwrite something already there gets a distinct name instead, rather than replacing it.

When someone sends to your device rather than to a link, the file waits until you collect it:

Terminal window
s2u receive
Terminal window
s2u inbound approvals # require approval before accepting anything
s2u incoming approve <id> # accept one waiting transfer

With approvals on, nothing is written until you say so. You see who is sending and what, and you decide.

Terminal window
s2u trust alex@acme.dev
s2u block alex@acme.dev
s2u require-approval alex@acme.dev

These are standing decisions about one person, so you are not answering the same prompt repeatedly for someone you have already made up your mind about.
